Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day

By the time I recharged some batteries, it was almost dark. It made the photos dramatic:
Blooming Camellia, just starting with open blooms, but lots of buds for later:

  1. Thanks for joining us for bloom day. When I see actual pictures of blooms outdoors in January, I have to check where the garden is. South Georgia? I hope you are not suffering too much with the drought!

  2. I am suffering from Camellia envy. I love the pink. I love the white. I love the red most of all.

  3. Thanks for coming by. The best camellias are the big white ones that bloom next month.

  4. Love you camellias. Mine always start out pretty in December then get a harsh zap of cold that browns them up for the rest of the season. We are in southeast TN, not as warm as you. Thanks for posting.

  5. Hi Jean, welcome to GBBD. Love that Camellia of yours, I have one in bloom too. Love that tree as well, very elegant.
My bloom post is up too if you're interested!
