ROCK ROSE: HERE COMES WINTER, AGAIN

ROCK ROSE: HERE COMES WINTER, AGAIN.

Here, too. Yesterday was so warm; today the wind is like a knife on my cheek. Rock Rose and her commentaires said just what I was thinking. Blogger discouraged my comment, so I am trying a different path. We call it 'Blackberry Winter' and the 'Easter Cold Spell' in the South. Time to bring the tender plants back inside and cover those that have tender new growth.

  1. It looks like you had quite a few things ready to plant. This weather is just so odd. One day it's fairly nice, and the next the wind is biting at your face. One thing I know for sure....spring will get here eventually!

  2. Oh my goodness, what did you say? We will never know.
I carried so much stuff in last night my back is hurting today. Two more nights as well. I hope this is the last time.

  3. I am so tired of this winter weather! At least I don't have to bring plants inside like you, as none are out there in my zone 5 garden yet. But waiting to get dirt under my nails is so hard...

  4. I think we missed it here...I was soo annoyed at the freeze warning. I covered somethings last night but mostly I just cursed a lot instead. However, this morning it was roughly 38 but I still have tonight to contend with....after this, do you think it's over?
