Native Azalea "Alabamense"

Alabamense bloomed this week with its lemon scented blossoms next to clove scented Bath's Pinks Dianthus.

Weeding Florida Betony, I found a
Dogwood seedling.

A last look at 'Shirley' tulips. They were a joy.

  1. That 'Alabamense' is very pretty, as are your other flowers. It is a joy to see what it growing there in your wonderful gardens Jean.

    Happy Easter week ~ FlowerLady

  2. *Sigh* A lemon-scented azalea would be heavenly.

  3. I have failed miserably with the one tiny azalea.....and my last tulip is no more! I would have pulled the dogwood seedling; never seen one before.

I look forward to comments and questions and lively discussion of gardening and related ideas.
